Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at BlueStreakPC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item for the date your received it. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
- BlueStreakPC.com will not assess a restocking fee for defective products.
- To be eligible for a return all returned items must be in like new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags - we will not accept the item!
- Water cooling products, custom or customized products and cases are returnable for repair or replacement only.
- Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the receipt and a note detailing the problem. We ask that customers please call ahead to confirm whether an item needs to be replaced or returned.
- Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original methods or payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost s are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
